{ Floral Print Dress in White Cardigan & Pink Sneakers }

As the weather heats up, so as our cravings for some cold beer and good BBQ food. :) That being said, the other day Hubby and I went to Monadnock, NH for their Smoke BBQ Beer Festival. Different types of food, cold beer, live music, a car show and more are all part of the festival. The weather was not great that day and the news says that it will rain but we still went anyway. I was so thrilled to finally wear one of my floral print dresses in my closet for that occasion. Yay! ^_^

Although, I know there was a high percentage that it will rain, that didn’t stop me from wearing this super cute floral print dress. Lol! I thought “Why Not?”.. if it rains, so be it. Turns out, it did rain that afternoon and we got wet. But we had fun nonetheless, and that’s what’s important.

Bought this one at Amazon.com sold by Zeagoo (a company from China). I was a bit skeptical about buying this dress from Zeagoo knowing that it will come from China. It’s not about the fact that the product is from China but the material that I was not sure about. This is due to my previous experiences. I've purchased clothes before from Amazon that are sold by companies from China and the material is always on a NOT so good side. Cheaply made, see-through, and/or threads are all over the clothes (threads are easy to fix). However, as you can see, I still purchased the dress. As I expected, the dress is on a little see-through side. Even with all the floral prints on it, you can still see it’s not a thick material. 

The good part is, the dress looks amazing on me! Hahah Maybe I’m over exaggerating here but that’s how I feel. Lol! The fit was perfect; it shows off my curves from top to waist down. And to ensure it won’t be as see through, I wore it with white cardigan top and a slip underneath. Just enough to cover those sensitive areas on my body. ;) Nonetheless, I’m still happy I made the purchased, it’s worth it. You just have to be creative about it. ;) 

Although the shipping estimated to be about 17 to 28 days, it only took 10 days to come from China to NH (where I live), that was fast! I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it online and knew I needed to have it.  Never mind the shipping dates shown, I WANT it! Lol! That’s my attitude whenever I see something I really like, despite of the other buyers “bad comments” (about a particular product), I will still buy the item and see it for myself then judge later. You can’t please everyone so I tried not to rely too much on other customers’ comments.

Online shopping is not always easy, especially on products like clothes. We can’t see it, feel it, nor try it on so it’s either a hit or missed when we buy something online. Good thing is some of these online sellers they let you return the product at no cost. However, something like this (product from another country) it’s almost like “buy at your own risk”. I said that because it will take time to ship the product to you and then once you receive the item and realized you didn’t like it, it will also take a good amount of time for you to return the product, sometimes with return shipping cost (out of your own pocket). I have had this happened to me once or twice already and instead of sending the item back, I decided to keep it and then do something to it later. Re-sell or give it to someone else that will find a good use for it. Either way, I avoided spending money on the return shipping.

Floral prints are on trend this summer and can't wait to wear my other floral print dresses for other special occasions or events like this one! I finished the whole look with a pink sock-less sneakers and Coach Bag. :)
